Built and managed a program to engage, enable, and reward partners selling Collaboration solutions.  Designed a method to transition existing Unified Communications partners into new program at minimal cost to Cisco and partners.

Conducted strategy and program assessment following the acquisition of Nortel MEN business unit by Ciena.  Developed a new program architecture, marketing and communications practices, pricing and discount policies, and partner management methods.

Designed programs to scale manufacturing, customer support, and sales into the channel.  Designed fundamental and solution-oriented practice development and enhancement portfolios for new and existing partners.

Performed strategy and program assessment for SEN (Enterprise Networking division).  Benchmarked strategy and program against industry leading practices and comparable ‘competitive’ vendors.  Revised approach to services, enablement, rules of engagement.

Text Box: How Much Does It Cost?

This question always comes up early in any conversation about engaging a consulting company.  Although Agilics has a broad range of capabilities, we “eat our own cooking”.  In other words, we operate based on our own principles.  Many companies claim to have expertise in channels and alliances, but they have large staffs of permanent “employees” that they have to fully utilize in order to cover their costs.  This goes against the very concept they promote and can create the potential for ‘scope creep’.
Agilics has built it’s own alliances within the community of channel experts.  While we have a team capable of handling any and all the services listed here, we have a much larger bullpen of advisors and specialists from which to draw, depending on the specific needs of our clients.  This allows us to keep our costs extremely competitive.  In other words, through alliances we flex and expand to deliver to our customers.  Isn’t that how a channel consulting company should operate?
